Do the grandparents have to pay?
No. One membership covers everyone in the family, and anyone can be invited without a paid plan too.
Can I give my family a year of Premium?
Yes, if you're part of the family and not one of its parents: a grandparent, an aunt, a close friend. A gift year is $99.99 USD, one time. It does not renew and it will never charge you again. Parents choose a plan for the family instead.
What happens if we stop paying?
Your family keeps using FutureRoots and everything you have saved stays yours, videos included. Nothing is deleted for stopping.
Is the memory checking a paid feature?
No. Every memory gets its record on every plan, at no cost, and anyone can check one without an account. How we protect your memories. Premium adds the paperwork, not the protection.
